Can we choose our agent?

Yes, you can choose your agent based on your wants and needs. Whether you prefer male, female, or an agent with a specific skill set. We can adapt to you.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to time and resources to administer training and development, we cannot issue a refund. However, if for whatever reason you cannot begin utilizing your VA, we can provide a credit for you to use at a later date for that month. After the credit is applied for that month, your subscription will be processed accordingly moving forward.

Can our VA be swapped or replaced if they quit?

Yes, whether your VA doesn’t fit your business within 30 days or they move onto another career outside of Chirp, we can certainly find you a better fit or replacement. If your VA isn’t performing to your standards, we will conduct an extensive audit on their performance to further evaluate the situation.  Our goal is to ensure that your VA fits your needs and that your business is put first at Chirp.

Do you offer services for other industries other than the ones listed?

Although we specialize industries that require lead generation, we can also adjust and provide services to industries that require any skill or task in which our VA’s can provide. These include cold calling, administrative support, social media support, customer service, and more. Feel free to reach out with any questions on what you need.

Are there any cases where swapping or replacing my VA cannot be honored?

  • You fail to fulfill your order after numerous attempts of contact
  • You fail to respond to our attempts to reach you regarding the issue
  • Your VA reports any instances of harassment or mistreatment
  • You violate any terms or conditions within our signed agreement and company policy
  • You fail to utilize the VA for their intended purpose or assigned duties
  • You fail to comply with tools and training we provide to fully maximize your VA

As stated in out terms & conditions, we will not share or compromise any sensitive personal information. Our agents are required to sign NDA’s for all clients they service to ensure your information is fully protected which will be provided to you before your agent goes live for your records.
